Goliath’s WPI 90 has been designed to taste great mixed with just water but can be mixed with almost any beverage, cereal, yoghurt or fruit as preferred. It blends instantly in a drink shaker and mixes to a smooth and thin texture that won’t leave you feeling heavy and bloated.
Recommended to be taken 1-3 times per day. Best consumed
immediately after exercise or physical activity. Can be used
between meals to assist in maintaining healthy metabolism. If
